To get on the radar of a headhunter, you need to consider the following points

Be active on the most important social business networks such as Xing and LinkedIn and keep your data up-to-date on a regular basis! 

A headhunter always searches on multiple platforms. To avoid confusion, you should keep your profiles up-to-date.

Be available! 

If you only use your profile for self-presentation, free standard memberships are sufficient. It is essential that you link your profiles with your usual e-mail program, then you can immediately see who would like to contact you without having to constantly log into social media.

List the job skills clearly and unambiguously!

Since a headhunter works with a requirement profile, it makes sense if you list all your areas of responsibility and roles or your professional skill set in order to be found. Pay attention to key words. The more of them you use, the more likely it is to land in a headhunter's search results.
