Further training - the recipe for success

Further training - the recipe for success

Why should I continue my education after my Matura, apprenticeship or studies?
Have you ever asked yourself this question?

In our fast-paced world, it is very important to always stay up to date and to continue training - even if you have a secure job and a good income. We must never stop training, because not only the knowledge is constantly developing, but also the job market. Lifelong learning can be an important component, particularly for personality and health in old age.

Why is continuous training so important?

We live in a performance society. If we stop continuing our education or are interested in more complex and new topics, we are behind our competitors. Why? Because a lot is changing very quickly these days. New technologies and ideas come onto the market every year. To take an example from the IT industry - a company has been working with the same software for years, but at some point a faster, better and better quality is brought to market. The company's employees complete training courses and seminars, as this software simplifies many processes and thus makes work easier. If another company does not do it and one of the employees wants to apply to another company, it will be difficult to prove yourself without this knowledge.

What does continuing education have to do with personality and health?

A whole lot! Do you feel comfortable when new things come up to you? Do you feel comfortable when you speak in a foreign language for the first time in front of other people? Continuing education not only promotes knowledge, but also personality. The topic of health also plays an important role. Many are probably familiar with the quote:If you want to stay young, you have to start early". By this we mean the monthly or annual training and the interest in many different topics. Have you ever noticed that people who are interested in many topics are much more vital and active than those who have been interested in nothing other than getting up every day and doing their work?

"If you stop wanting to be better, you have stopped being good."
