Why good organization is important

Why good organization is important

Structure and order in the workplace is the be-all and end-all. Not only for yourself, but also for your colleagues. Your successor or new employee will also be very grateful for this. Remember to remember your first day at the new company, the training week certainly had a structure. Whether you work in the office or in the kitchen, organization is one of the most important elements in every industry.

Think about it, you come to work and after a certain time you have a routine, what do you do in the morning and which tasks do you only devote to at the end of the working day? So, to a certain extent, the routine is also a kind of organization.

The division of labor also belongs to the organization. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses. You should develop these in a team so that each of your colleagues can do the right tasks. You will see that success in work is immediately recognizable, be it increasing motivation or faster work performance. Working efficiently can be so easy and, above all, fun as long as you maintain a certain organization.

5 tips to keep track of your work:

Take a small booklet or an A4 sheet and write your to do's for that day or for a whole week, it's up to you. You will see how your tasks become less and less as you gradually work through your list.

The short tasks first
Certain matters can sometimes take several hours or even days, but of course there are also tasks that only take three minutes or less and you start with them.

Singletasking> Multitasking
Work properly and in a structured manner. Chop off one to do after another, it doesn't do you much good if you do three tasks at the same time. You will see that single-tasking is usually more effective than multitasking.

Keep your workplace clean
What do you have a trash for? Whether under the desk or in your laptop or PC. Use it too! Don't let your workplace get cluttered. A clean workplace is a productive workplace
