Your area of responsibility includes Active sourcing on various social media platforms and direct contact with potential candidates. You are the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and applicants and also take care of things

Creation and placement of advertisements
Applicant management and appointment coordination
simple but creative marketing tasks

Your background is convincing through ongoing or completed training (HAK, HLW, university, FH, etc.) and your interest in HR management and recruiting. Further

you are used to working with MS Office and social media
have excellent knowledge of German and a good knowledge of English
are sociable and communicative, have a productive behavior and a hands-on mentality
