Our Recruiting team contacts you discreetly and directly or you apply for one via our homepage open position.

phone interview

The first step is a short telephone interview in which the position you are looking for is described in more detail and open questions can be clarified on both sides.

Personal conversation

If you are convinced in the telephone interview, we will invite you to a personal interview in our office. Only if both parties are interested and you have approved the GDPR we will forward your documents to our customer after the conversation.

Presentation to the customer

If the customer is convinced by the documents and our feedback, you will be invited to a further discussion, directly in the future company. It is now up to you to convince the customer of your skills.

Feedback and decision

In the last step, the customer gives us their feedback and the decision. You will then be contacted immediately and the further steps discussed.
