This is often questioned during the first phase of the Assessment Center. In addition, it makes sense to work out his or her professional profile and prepare for a thorough examination of the concept, profile and goals of the company you applied for. In the further course, it is especially important to prepare for the individual areas of the Assessment Center, such as moderation, discussions or rhetorical skills.

Different companies attach great importance to this type of soft skills, so it is particularly important here to train their own skills before the assessment center and ultimately to score points in the recruitment test.
