Your area of responsibility includes
Professional and disciplinary management of a software development team
Assessment and support as well as ensuring the further training measures of the employees in the team
Implementation of cost and resource planning (including cost estimates) including technical review and release of software deliveries
Cooperation in the preparation of offers for software system concepts and presentation to the customer
Travel activity about 1 time per month
Your background is convincing
Completed degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering (TU, FH) or similar
5-7 years of experience in embedded software development under C, C ++ and UML including the associated development processes
Relevant experience in the management and implementation of multi-year software projects as well as knowledge of configuration, change management and requirement engineering
Sound knowledge of the CMMI / Automotive SPICE and ISO26262 development processes as well as in model-based software development
First experience in the professional and disciplinary management of software development teams
Customer orientation as well as planning and Organizational skills, decision-making skills as well as assertiveness and result orientation
