Your area of ​​responsibility includes

  • First level support for end customers
  • Recording, processing and completing inquiries as quickly as possible using an internal ticket system
  • Documentation of user data

Your background is convincing

  • Completed training (apprenticeship, HTL, HAK or similar)
  • 3 years experience in the help desk area
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel)
  • Versatility in dealing with ticketing systems (ideally BMC)
  • PC hardware knowledge (Windows / Intel) and experience in using browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome)
  • See good knowledge of German
