Your area of responsibility includes
First level support for end customers
Recording, processing and completing inquiries as quickly as possible using an internal ticket system
Documentation of user data
Your background is convincing
Completed training (apprenticeship, HTL, HAK or similar)
3 years experience in the help desk area
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word / Excel)
Versatility in dealing with ticketing systems (ideally BMC)
PC hardware knowledge (Windows / Intel) and experience in using browsers (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome)
