"Where do you see yourself in ten years?" - this question has probably already been asked in a job interview. But have you ever deliberately asked yourself that? In order to be able to strategically address our goals, we need a clear picture in our heads. Become aware of how important personal career advancement is to you. Often we let ourselves be influenced by the ideals of society and thus overlook what is really important to us. In addition, we are often led by the penchant for perfectionism and we do not live up to our own ambitious demands. Do not let yourself be demotivated - if you recognize your strengths and also your fields of learning, you will remain successful. If you consider past mistakes as experience, you will develop much faster. Not only one way leads you to your dream job - stay flexible and keep more than one option open.
